These Terms govern access to and use of the Kairos Ai website, SaaS application, payment flows and Meta Ads analytics services.
Kairos Ai is operated by Ali Balkan, a taxpayer registered in Türkiye. Business address: Aktoprak Mah. 1083 Sk. Gündüz Apt No: 5 İç Kapı No: 8, Kepez/Antalya, Türkiye. Tax office: Düden Vergi Dairesi. Privacy, customer, billing and legal requests can be sent to info@kairosadvision.com. Kairos Ai is the product and service brand used for the SaaS platform.
Kairos Ai is a SaaS platform for Meta Ads performance analysis, budget waste detection, creative fatigue monitoring, reporting and AI-generated recommendations. The website provides product information, pricing, demo requests and entry points to the application.
Customers must have authority and a lawful basis to connect advertising accounts, invite users, submit business data and allow Kairos Ai to process campaign and performance information. Customers are responsible for credentials, team access, billing accuracy, legal compliance, Meta policies, advertising rules and payment provider requirements.
Customers must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, reverse engineer protected functionality, overload systems, upload unlawful content, bypass payment controls or use Kairos Ai to violate Meta, Stripe, data protection or advertising rules.
Plans may include Free, Trial, Starter, Pro and Agency tiers with different limits. Checkout availability may be controlled by launch date, region, provider approval and operational readiness. Stripe is the payment infrastructure provider for supported online payments. Prices may be displayed in USD, GBP, EUR or TRY depending on market. Türkiye prices may include applicable VAT/KDV where required; export-of-service treatment is applied only where legally available.
Customers may cancel future renewals through the account area or support process where available. Cancellation stops future billing according to the active plan and provider flow, but does not automatically create a refund for previous periods where digital access has already been provided. Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy and mandatory law.
Kairos Ai provides decision-support recommendations, not legal, financial, tax or advertising guarantees. Customers remain responsible for campaign decisions and commercial results. The service depends on Meta APIs, hosting, databases, Stripe, email providers, analytics tools and AI infrastructure. Kairos Ai software, design, dashboards, analytics logic, brand assets and documentation remain owned by the operator or licensors.
Access may be suspended or terminated for non-payment, security risk, suspected fraud, abuse, breach, unlawful use, provider requirement or legal obligation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kairos Ai is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, revenue growth, ROAS improvement or specific advertising results.
These terms and policies are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Antalya courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer, payment or data protection rules require otherwise.
