This Refund Policy explains the general refund approach for Kairos Ai digital SaaS plans, subscriptions, Stripe payments and billing errors.
Kairos Ai is operated by Ali Balkan, a taxpayer registered in Türkiye. Business address: Aktoprak Mah. 1083 Sk. Gündüz Apt No: 5 İç Kapı No: 8, Kepez/Antalya, Türkiye. Tax office: Düden Vergi Dairesi. Privacy, customer, billing and legal requests can be sent to info@kairosadvision.com. Kairos Ai is the product and service brand used for the SaaS platform.
Kairos Ai sells access to a digital SaaS product. Refund eligibility depends on the active plan, usage, billing date, payment status, regional mandatory consumer rules and any written agreement with the customer.
The Free plan is provided without charge for limited testing and does not create a refund right. Trial plans may convert to paid subscriptions if the customer continues or does not cancel according to the active flow. Monthly fees generally cover access for the active billing period; unused time is not automatically refundable once digital access has been provided.
Duplicate charges, confirmed technical billing errors, incorrect amounts, unauthorised successful charges proven by transaction records or clearly failed payment flows are reviewed and corrected where verified.
Refunds are generally not guaranteed for unused time, dissatisfaction after access was provided, failure to use the service, advertising performance outcomes, customer configuration issues, Meta account restrictions or violations of the Terms.
Approved refunds are processed through Stripe or the original payment channel where possible. Bank, card issuer and provider processing times may vary. Customers should contact Kairos Ai first so billing errors can be investigated. Chargebacks may lead to temporary account suspension while the transaction is reviewed.
Refund requests should be sent to info@kairosadvision.com with account email, company name, invoice or transaction reference, payment date and reason.
These terms and policies are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Antalya courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer, payment or data protection rules require otherwise.
