This Privacy Policy explains how Kairos Ai collects, uses, stores and protects personal data across the website, SaaS application, payment flows, Meta Ads integrations and Google Ads integrations.

This policy applies to kairosadvision.com, app.kairosadvision.com, demo/contact forms, onboarding, account areas, support, payment flows, Meta Ads integrations, Google OAuth, Google Ads integrations, analytics, reporting and AI recommendation features. Identity, contact, company, country, language, advertising spend, account, workspace, billing, transaction, invoice, support, IP address, device, log, product usage and authorized advertising platform data may be processed.
When a customer connects a Meta advertising account, Kairos Ai may process campaign, ad set, ad, creative, spend, performance, conversion, reporting, synchronization and account health data needed to provide analytics, creative fatigue detection, budget waste analysis, recommendations and reporting. Connected advertising data is not sold.
Data accessed: for Google Login, Kairos Ai requests only the openid, email, and profile scopes. This may include the Google account ID, name, email address, profile image, email verification status, locale, and basic authentication metadata needed to create or link a Kairos Ai account. Data accessed: for Google Ads, Kairos Ai requests only the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords scope when a workspace admin separately authorizes the integration. Kairos Ai uses this integration only to read Google Ads customer/account information and advertising data available to that user, including customer ID, resource name, descriptive name, currency, time zone, manager status, campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, search terms, dates, and metrics such as impressions, clicks, cost, conversions, conversion value, CTR, average CPC, and average CPM. Kairos Ai does not request Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts, YouTube, or other Google consumer product scopes, and does not read Google account passwords or consumer content from those services. How data is used: Google user data is used to authenticate users, connect authorized Google Ads accounts, analyze ad performance, detect budget waste, generate dashboard insights, reports, recommendations, alerts, optimization suggestions, and support security, abuse prevention, audit, and customer support. Storage: Google Login stores the user profile fields and provider account link needed to maintain the Kairos Ai account. Google Ads customer, campaign, ad group, ad, keyword, search term, metric, report, recommendation, alert, and audit rows may be stored in the workspace database. Google Ads OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens are stored encrypted and used only to maintain the authorized integration and call Google APIs on the user's behalf. Sharing: Kairos Ai does not sell Google user data, does not transfer it to data brokers or advertising networks, and does not use it for unrelated advertising, resale, or unrelated profiling. Google user data is shared only with service providers and subprocessors required to operate, secure, support, host, monitor, or provide requested AI analysis for Kairos Ai, under confidentiality and security obligations. AI/ML: Kairos Ai does not use Google user data to train generalized AI or machine learning models. AI-supported recommendations use Google Ads data only to provide the user-requested product functionality inside the user's workspace. Kairos Ai does not create, edit, pause, publish, delete, or manage Google Ads campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, budgets, creatives, or billing settings in the current product flow. User control and deletion: Users can disconnect Google Ads from Settings or Integrations. Users can request account or data deletion by contacting info@kairosadvision.com or using the available contact or data deletion flow. Kairos Ai then deletes or anonymizes Google connection and workspace data subject to legal, security, billing, dispute, and backup retention requirements. Limited Use: Kairos Ai's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Plans may include Free, Trial, Starter, Pro and Agency tiers with different limits. Stripe is the secure payment infrastructure provider for supported online payments. Billing country, not language or locale, determines currency. Supported checkout currencies are USD, GBP and EUR. Turkey billing uses USD only; Kairos Ai does not offer local Turkish-lira pricing or checkout. Taxes, VAT treatment, billing profiles and invoices are handled under applicable laws and the customer billing country.
Data is processed to operate the website and SaaS platform, provide demos, manage accounts, deliver Meta Ads and Google Ads analytics and AI recommendations, process Stripe payments, issue invoices, handle refunds, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, secure the service, keep accounting records and comply with legal obligations. Legal bases may include contract performance, pre-contract steps, legitimate interests, consent where required, legal obligations, legal claims and customer instructions for processor activities.

The website may use essential technologies, analytics tools, Google services and Meta-compatible pixels for measurement, security, conversion tracking and improvement. Non-essential analytics or advertising technologies are used with consent where legally required. AI infrastructure may summarize performance trends, detect risks and generate recommendations; outputs are decision-support information and do not guarantee advertising results.
Limited data may be shared with providers necessary to operate the product, including hosting, databases, backups, SMTP/email services, Stripe, fraud prevention, security tools, analytics services, Meta APIs, Google APIs and AI infrastructure. Some providers may process data outside the customer country; appropriate safeguards are used where required.
Personal data is kept only as long as necessary for service delivery, billing, accounting, legal compliance, disputes, security, fraud prevention, backups and legitimate business records. Depending on location, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. Requests can be sent to info@kairosadvision.com. Kairos Ai uses reasonable technical and organisational security measures, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
