How Kairos Ai users can request deletion of account data and connected Meta Ads data.

Users can delete connected Meta data from the SaaS app settings area where available, remove a Meta connection from the app, or send a verified deletion request by email.
When a verified deletion request is processed, Kairos Ai removes or anonymises the matching Meta connection, encrypted access tokens, linked ad account records, campaign data, ad set data, ad data, creative data, insights, AI analyses, recommendations, alerts and related sync records where they are connected to that user or workspace.
Limited records may be retained where legally required or operationally necessary, including billing references, invoices, Stripe transaction records, refund records, security logs, fraud prevention records, audit records, backups and support history.

Deletion requests are reviewed after identity and account verification. Requests are handled within legally required periods and may require additional information if the request cannot be matched to an account or workspace.
